Eclipse Studio's objective has grown over time, evolving into a true vision: to create a haven dedicated to women's well-being, combining sports activities, relaxation, and complementary treatments. To achieve this, we have forged partnerships that allow us to offer a complete experience, including access to food and a healthy snack bar. While primarily focused on pole fitness, the studio offers around twenty classes of all kinds, ranging from aerial circus arts to fitness and dance, as well as yoga.
Our business is proud to be listed among the "emergency businesses," providing a safe and welcoming space for women who need it. The studio also makes its premises available free of charge for the community activities of the Midwives of the Valley, thus supporting new mothers. Other partnerships can be developed as needed.

Our studio aims to be more than just a training center;
It's the place where friends meet up and new friendships are formed.
The room is organized so that there is no separation between the different activities. Admire what is being done in the other classes and be proud to participate.
In the center of the room, there is a waiting area dedicated to you, but you can also relax in the tatami (padded) section to stretch before your class while socializing.

Julie Chevrier,
co-owner & founder
Julie has been practicing pole fitness since 2013. Over the years, she has explored various techniques in several studios in Quebec and beyond. She experienced the world of championships in 2016 and 2018 before the pandemic brought it to a temporary halt.
In 2017, she discovered aerial silks and applied her training to this discipline. She learned more during her classes at the CCSE Maisonneuve barracks and quickly began teaching it.
In 2019, she began teaching aerial circus arts to young people. She then worked with the aerial hoop, aerial straps, aerial cube, and many other apparatuses. She added the aerial pole (Flying Pole) to the troupe's equipment.
Julie's teaching focuses on the theory and laws of physics, convinced that good technique will always prevail over brute force. From this perspective, these disciplines are accessible to anyone who wants to push their limits and defy gravity through perseverance.
