The subscription is perfect if you come to train regularly: you pay a fixed price for a number of classes per week, while retaining the freedom to vary the disciplines from one week to the next.Pay-as-you-go courses are designed for those who want to learn at their own pace, without commitment. The time frame for using the courses is much longer, however, the price is less advantageous and it's a larger upfront payment. With a subscription, you benefit from a better rate than if you paid for your classes individually. In addition, the monthly payment is lower, making regular participation more affordable and flexible. In both cases, you have access to all classes (except those of Tric Nutrition) and you can book up to 3 months in advance.
