Pole fitness
Pole fitness is a discipline that combines dance, acrobatics and muscle strengthening exercises around a vertical pole.
It develops strength, flexibility, coordination and self-confidence while offering a complete and artistic workout.
Five levels: Intro - Level 1 - Level 2 - Level 3 - Level 4

Pole choreography
This course teaches pole dancing choreography. It's the perfect class for learning to link together the pole fitness moves you've learned. It adds a cardio aspect to this sport.
This course is taught over 2 hours. The level alternates from week to week (week 1: level 1-2, week 2: level 3-4). It is suggested that you choose a lower level to begin with.

Pole Choré

Flexibility
This course helps increase strength and flexibility. It works the muscles to achieve their full extension during movement. It also works on passive flexibility, that is, when all the muscles are relaxed to exceed their current flexibility capacity.
It is an excellent course to complement other disciplines, but it is also essential for maintaining a healthy body without stiffness.

Aerial silks is an acrobatic discipline where movements, climbs, falls and artistic figures are performed while suspended in two long sheets suspended from the ceiling.
It develops strength, flexibility, coordination and grace, while offering a spectacular artistic expression in the air.

Pilates
Pilates is a training method focused on strengthening deep muscles, posture, breathing, and movement control.
On trial, two Reformer machines will be available for circuit training where you can try out various shaping techniques.

Pole Double
Double pole dancing is practiced in pairs. The movements are sometimes mirrored, sometimes supported by one another. This discipline allows you to expand your repertoire of movements because some are only possible with two or more people. It also develops self-confidence and trust in your partner.

Acro Yoga
Acro yoga is a discipline that combines yoga, acrobatics, and sometimes Thai massage.
Practiced in pairs or in groups, it develops strength, balance, confidence and communication, while promoting connection between partners.

Sexy pole
It's a pole dancing discipline that combines sensual movements, dynamic choreography, and posture work. It develops self-confidence, balance, coordination, and body expression while offering a complete and energetic workout.
Wearing high heels is neither mandatory nor necessary for this course.

Mom & Baby
This class allows new mothers to regain their energy while sharing a special moment with their baby. It promotes postnatal recovery, strengthens core muscles, and creates a unique bond between mother and child.
You don't need to have a baby to participate in this course.
